The SIMEL BOCAS S.A. is an Italian-Panamanian company that works Bocas Of the Taurus since 2007 about the residential constructions, destined for sale and for rent too.

 

After this first project introduced here there will be others in definition and previewed within 2009.

 

The structure, entire titolata, already under construction is in three floors, it's in Calle 9 near the corner by Avenida G.

 

Maintains a typical Caribbean architecture and built up by respect of all the previewed architectonic requirements from the law.

 

All the apartments are complete of conditioned air and totally furnished.

 

All the apartments are very nice by good materials.

 

It's possible, at reservation time of the apartment and to demand it happens before the realization, the Customer can demand, by his expenses, materials to his choice.
